National Wear Red Day 2013

Did you wear red last Friday?
If not, that's okay.

I am sure - yes, absolutely sure - 
you all are as 
busy as I am and probably even busier.  
If you are a younger woman, I know you 
are probably busy with getting kids to school, 
making lunches, making supper, washing clothes, 
hauling kids to sports or band or drama events...

and More!  (I know some men that fit this 
description, too, so don't want to leave them out).

One thing we women - YOUNG and OLD - 
need to make sure to do is take care of ourselves!

Same for our guys!!!

New Year - New Favorites!

We Will Remember the Children

The past few days have not been

the time to blog. 

It is a time to grieve.  And a 

time to mourn for those who have lost

family, mostly children, in the Connecticut shooting.

I hope you will join me in Love, in Prayer and in Remembering the families during this time.

I have not blogged in a while.  Not that I haven't wanted to, but it seems  that life was not allowing me to do the blog thing for a while. 

And that's okay....

Thanksgiving has come and gone.  The holiday season is now in full swing!

And SIMPLY LOKAL and COTTONWOOD CREEK ANTIQUES

have moved into booth space at another store.  Located in Sabinal, Texas, Texas Peddlers Mall can be found at 119 East Fisher Avenue, phone number (830) 988-3397.

Here are some pictures that I took of the booth the first day.  It will evolve as time goes by.  I hope you enjoy looking and stop by the store in Sabinal as you drive through on Hwy. 90 west of San Antonio, Texas.

And we are still located inside Red Baron Antique Mall in Fredericksburg, Texas, too.
